Taking to Instagram yesterday, the love birds recorded a wholesome home workout with Rio's kids Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, 8.
The loved-up duo welcomed fans to their family home workout, before Kate added that it felt as though they had been locked up in the house for ten days, despite that fact it had only been three.
Their rather lavish home gym was busy yesterday morning, with all five family members getting their daily exercise session in.
