Johnny Depp's bodyguard Malcolm Connolly who has been trained in "spotting bruise patterns" said Amber Heard had no "scratches" after one alleged bust-up.
Depp has brought a libel case against News Group Newspapers for a 2018 article in The Sun which branded him a "wife beater" - a claim he vehemently denies.
The bodyguard took to the witness box to give evidence at court on Tuesday. Connolly said he previously worked as a prison officer trained in violent inmate extraction.
His extensive training involved injury assessment which he claimed involved "spotting bruise patterns". Depp and Heard allegedly got into a row at the house they were renting in Australia in March 2015 during which the tip of Johnny's finger was severed.
