Johnny Depp has claimed he battled deadly bug MRSA after undergoing surgery to reattach his severed finger. The actor, 57, has returned to London's High Court for a fifth day giving testimony as part of his libel case against News Group Newspapers.

During this morning's testimony, Depp was asked about an alleged bust-up with his ex-wife Amber Heard and her sister Whitney.
In her witness statement, which was read out to court, Heard alleged Depp "punched me repeatedly" and grabbed her hair in an incident in Los Angeles on 23 March 2015.
