Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has reached a plea deal in his domestic violence case with ex-girlfriend Jen Harley, according to a new report. Per Us Weekly, the “Jersey Shore” star, 34, pleaded no contest to a single count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest on Friday.

UPDATE: Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has reached a plea deal in his domestic violence case, E! News confirms.  As part of the agreement, the Jersey Shore star pled no contest to one count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest. He'll avoid any time behind bars, but will be on probation for 36 months.  Additionally, Ortiz-Magro was ordered to complete 30 days of community labor in Nevada, donate $20,000 to a L.A.-based women's shelter and complete a 52-week domestic violence program at a court-approved agency in Nevada.  Lastly, he and Jen Harley must engage in "peaceful contact" and obey the three-year protective order issued in the case.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro probably ought to consider himself lucky to avoid jail time thanks to his new plea deal in his ongoing domestic violence case.
