Despite losing Eden Hazard and being unable to replace him as a result of a transfer ban, Chelsea have performed admirably. They sit fourth in the Premier League and will appear in the FA Cup final against Arsenal.
And Lampard wants to build on his debut season in charge with a summer full of transfers. Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner have already been signed and there are further plots planned for the likes of Ben Chilwell, Declan Rice and Kai Havertz.
