Chelsea will reportedly have to choose between signing goalkeeper Jan Oblak or playmaker Kai Havertz after forking out big money on Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech already this summer.
The Blues are investing heavily in reinforcements after Frank Lampard went a full season without signing any new recruits.Around £81m has already been spent on Werner and Ziyech and Chelsea have been linked with a number of other bumper signings.Kepa Arrizabalaga's time as first choice goalkeeper appears to be up after Lampard dropped him for Willy Caballero in the final game of the Premier League season and Oblak has been mooted as a potential replacement.There has also been strong links with Bayer Leverkusen star Havertz and Leicester City left-back.
