JAMES Newman is flying the flag for the UK at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest but doesn’t think Brexit will give him the dreaded nul points.

The 35-year-old Yorkshireman who is proud of his Scottish ancestry spoke ahead of tonight's first semi final this year’s finals on Saturday.

While we have won five times since 1967 our last winner was Katrina and the Waves in 1997 and we came bottom in 2019 when it was last held.
