James Franco has reached a settlement with two former Studio 4 students, who had filed a sexual misconduct lawsuit against the actor in 2019.
According to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal have agreed to drop their previous claims.
In case you didn’t know, the two women had accused Franco of engaging in “widespread inappropriate and sexually charged behavior towards female students by sexualizing their power as a teacher and an employer by dangling the opportunity for roles in their projects,” per People.
They also alleged that the situation created an environment of harassment and sexual exploitation in and out of the classroom. Related: Shia LaBeouf & Margaret Qualley SPLIT Amid FKA
