Arsenal legend Cesc Fabregas to get his U18 squad fired up ahead of the North London Derby on Saturday.The young Gunners thrashed Tottenham 4-1, with 16-year-old striker Omari Benjamin netting a hattrick to help Wilshere seal his first victory as U18s manager, having been handed the reins four days after calling time on his injury-ravaged playing career back in July.In the dressing room before the game, Wilshere showed his players a clip of Fabregas scoring his iconic kick off goal against Tottenham in 2009 (check it out below) before playing a motivational video message the Spaniard had sent over - which clearly worked gangbusters.READ MORE: Arsenal fans love what Zinchenko did despite not being in squad for win over Fulham"I think it’s important that the boys know what [the North London Derby] means for the club," Wilshere said."Cesc was someone who taught me a lot about this game.

I knew about it growing up, coming to Highbury and watching it, but I used to watch Cesc and there was one game, I showed [my players] the goal, when we scored and he scored just after kick off, and you see it in his eyes - the passion."He taught me that, Cesc.
