Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway shared its poignant final instalment over the weekend, marking the end of their hit ITV series.

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly offered moving farewells as hosts. On Monday's Good Morning Britain (April 15), host Susanna Reid expressed surprise upon finding "glitter everywhere" in her dressing room and throughout the ITV studios when she return to hosting duties on the news programme after a two-week break.

Confusingly, the dressing rooms were hijacked by fellow celebrities during the Saturday night spectacular, reports the Mirror.

To shed some light on the situation, Susanna, 53, and her co-stars Ed Balls and Richard Arnold spoke with colleague Andi Peters about the finale.
