Manchester Coroners' Court heard Beverley Scott, 58, was found dead at her home on Holker Close, Longsight, on June 11. Senior coroner Nigel Meadows summarised reports from officers who attended.
He said Ms Scott was identified by her fingerprints. She was also identified by housing officer Joanne Casson, who said she has known Ms Scott for five years.
