At one point during the nine-minute chase, he undertook a van at around 90mph.The dramatic pursuit came to an end when Loose hit a curb, lost control of the car and hit a roundabout barrier.As police arrested him, he told an officer: “I’m sorry, mate.”Loose said he had smoked ‘weed’ before driving.
