The former EastEnders star has told his campmates he initially didn't want to do the job so tried to "price himself out" rather than saying "no" outright.
Shane, 56, said: "Never say no to a job, just price yourself out of it."With Daz I didn't want to do it so I said it would be £500,000 for 21 days work over two years."But then they accepted it."The actor continued: "I did the job and my career, it stopped over night."No one was calling as you become a TV personality."Shane claimed before that, the jobs were rolling in."It killed my career.
