I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! bosses are already making emergency plans after the weather in Wales has threatened to make the camp a washout.

The camp at Gwrych Castle has been battered by 50mph winds and the forecast is that more of the same can be expected in the days ahead as the ITV show began its first series away from its usual Australian jungle set up.

The Sun has reported that producers have said that the conditions at the site near Abergale are "far worse than anticipated" and they were now looking at how they can combat it.

A temporary canopy had been erected over the main site but that has already proved to be inadequate against the elements, as filming began on the new series.
