The former Family Fortunes host, rumoured to be making £150,000 from his appearance, said: “I think the fact I am involved will make it even more fun for them! “Now it is approaching, they are so excited. “Every time I talk about it, I get a double fist pump from them and they are thrilled to be involved.” Vernon, 46, sought advice from two famous pals, X Factor host Dermot O’Leary and former The Saturdays popstar Rochelle Humes, on how to tackle the series.
