Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (born November 20, 1942) is an American politician who served as the 47th vice president of the United States from 2009 to 2017 and represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009. A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in the 2020 election. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

Why? Easy. He’s the black sheep of the family. He had a much-publicized drug problem, he seemingly used his father’s name to get jobs, he’s had some messy relationship drama.
Obviously in the Trump family some of that stuff is just cheating-to-get-to-par for the course, but in the Biden family, that practically makes you the Prince Andrew.
Heck, one of President Biden’s biggest scandals so far is using the word “neanderthal” in a derogatory way. For real — that’s how starved they are for controversy.
