Huge police scene as officers investigate after crash in Salford

Salford. Officers were guarding police tape across Camp Street and Grecian Street in Lower Broughton from around 11.30am this morning (Saturday) as investigators plotted marks in the road.Numbered yellow markers were down as officers took surveys across the road along and conducted speed tests.At least four police vans were present as enquiries continued.What appeared to be drops of blood were also seen on the ground where markers had been once police left the scene at approximately 4pm.Residents were also stopped from going into their homes as officers combed the street, but it is not known exactly when the crash took place.Details of the crash are also unclear at this stage, though North West Ambulance Service has confirmed that it was.
