Lockdown has caused thousands of us to head into our kitchens and start cooking more creatively. With little else to do, we’ve seen the rise of whipped drinks.

The trend started with Dalgona coffee, but soon headed into sweeter territory. Family favourite Nutella made a whipped up appearance and we haven’t looked back since.

But, what if we told you there was another incredible chocolate spread recipe doing the rounds? A four ingredient Nutella ice cream recipe has popped up – and it’s better than shop bought.

You don’t need an ice cream maker or anything fancy to whip it up. If you don’t have Nutella, you can flavour your ice cream with vanilla extract or peanut butter – yum!
