The other is 36-year-old dad Joseph Rosenbaum, US media reports. Footage of the horrifying incident show the gunman, believed by authorities to be 17-year-old suspect Kyle Rittenhouse, armed with a rifle and shooting at people in the street.
The tragic incident took place on the third night of violent protests in the city, sparked by the shooting of a black man by police.
