Emotional tributes have been paid to a nine-year-old boy whose "unexplained" death has led to two arrests. The schoolboy, named Alfie, was airlifted to hospital after emergency services were called to a house in Droitwich, Worcestershire, but medics were unable to save his life.
He has been branded "a lovely little boy" by one of his friends, and his family have spoken of their heartbreak. Alfie's mum has been identified as Carla Scott, who lived in the house with her partner, named by friends as Dean.
