Liverpool midfielder Harry Wilson is set for an exit after failing to land a transfer in the Premier League. The Welshman, who has only made one competitive appearance for the Reds, was believed to be on the way out this summer after loan spells at Derby and Bournemouth.
While talks with Burnley developed, the Clarets were not willing to meet the Premier League champions’ £15million valuation, leaving the 23-year-old in limbo.
But The Sun have reported that Wilson will be thrown a lifeline from the second tier. Swansea have inquired about the midfielder’s availability as the Welsh side look to bolster their squad for a promotion chase.
