Harry Potter fans will soon be able to live out their Hogwarts fantasies as the now-famous Platform 9 ¾ trolley gets set to go on tour around the UK.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone releasing in UK cinemas, the trolley will soon be taking pride of place at Edinburgh's Waverley Station.The iconic prop allows fans to recreate the moment when Harry first made it onto Platform 9 ¾, by running through a magical brick wall in London's King’s Cross station, before taking the Hogwarts Express at 11 o'clock to Hogsmeade station and onto the famous wizarding school.Scotland is already famous for its Harry Potter locations, including the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, which the Hogwarts Express can be seen.
