Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Harry Maguire admitted that Manchester United put too much pressure on themselves in the disappointing 2-2 home draw with Southampton on Monday night.The Red Devils had victory snatched from them right at the death after substitute Michael Obafemi netted from a corner in the 96th minute to pinch a point for the Saints.United had come from behind to lead at Old Trafford and looked set to move up to third spot in the Premier League table with victory.But the late equaliser means that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side remain in fifth and now have it all to do to reach next season’s Champions League.Maguire was left frustrated with his side’s inability to close out the victory, admitting United weren’t at their best, with every player in the team not.
