Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Marcus Rashford returned to the England fold alongside Manchester United captain Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw for the upcoming matches against Albania and San Marino as the Three Lions look to pick up the four points required to qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
However, Jadon Sancho, Mason Greenwood and Jesse Lingard both missed out on the latest 23-man squad after poor form and lack of first-team minutes led to their omission.
Last season the duo both enjoyed their time with Borussia Dortmund and West Ham but have since found their development stunted as the 21-year-old continues to adapt to life in the Premier League.
