Hallmark Media is announcing a new streaming platform! Hallmark+ is set to launch in mid-September 2024, and will incorporate ad-free viewing with retail and product benefits, according to Variety. “Hallmark+ marks a seminal moment for Hallmark,” says Mike Perry, president and CEO of Hallmark, in a statement. “By intertwining new, rich content experiences with tangible rewards and premium Hallmark gifts, we are delivering a unique, new program that reflects our commitment to spreading joy through our deeply beloved brand touchpoints.” Hallmark+ plans will start at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year, including benefits and rewards, as well as monthly $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupons, free unlimited eCards, rewards for shopping and surprise gifts. Suga of BTS has been booked by South Korean police for driving an electric scooter while intoxicated – the K-pop singer has issued an apology, which you can read below.In the early hours of Wednesday (August 7), the Seoul Yongsan Police Station announced that they had booked the BTS member for questioning after allegedly driving an electric scooter under the influence.According to the police – per Soompi – Suga, real name Min Yoon-gi, was booked on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act and is currently under investigation.Following the booking, BTS’ label Big Hit has issued a statement on the incident on Weverse – as transcribed by Soompi. According to their post, the singer fell while riding his electric scooter for 500 meters, and was later given a breathalyzer test by a nearby police officer.
