Instagram aren't always representative of real life.So to show how social media is more of a "highlight reel" than a realistic look at someone's life, a personal trainer is taking a stand.Body positive guru Isabelle – AKA fitness4lazygirls on Instagram – has been encouraging people to love their bodies even if they don't have washboard abs.She posted two photos taken seconds apart to show how different influencers can look between takes. In the first image, captioned "posed, flexed, good posture", Isabelle beams in the sunshine and flaunts her toned curves. But in comparison, the "moving between pictures" upload shows the gym bunny looking more ruffled.Isabelle captioned the images: "Daily reminder that social media is a highlight reel."Both photos here I’m self tanned, in good lighting, and wearing a flattering bathing suit.

Plus, they are both saturated and contrasted!"In the photo on the left, I’m flexing, posing, and working my angles."In the photo on the right, I’m between poses, in motion, and accidentally snapped a pic.Instead of wiping the snap from her phone like she usually would, the fitness star shared it to show women they don't have to look 'perfect' all the time.Isabelle continued: "Typically, I would delete this photo on the right, but I thought it was important to point out that most everything we see on social media is carefully curated and never really tells the whole story!"We are three dimensional humans, and we look different at different angles.
