Gwyneth, 47, and Chris, 43, tied the knot in 2003 and split in 2016, announcing they had decided to "consciously uncouple". The former couple share kids Apple, 16, and Moses, 14, and remain super close despite their break up.
But at the time they parted ways, Gwyneth says it was her dentist who got her through. Gwyneth says dentist Sherry Sami quizzed her about her marriage and the emotional trauma she was going through to help her work out how to treat her children.
