The 47-year-old actress and lifestyle guru wants to break down the taboo around poo and get people talking about their bowel movements.
On Friday the star shared an article on her Goop lifestyle website titled: “All Your Poop Questions, Answered” and gave information and advice on dealing with conditions including diarrhea and constipation.
The Hollywood star also picked out her favourite toilet related products that she is selling via her website; including de-bloat supplements costing $60 (£48.60).
