'Grumpy cat' interrupts Brexit talks by meowing over Michael Gove in funny clip

In the clip, Gove is interrupted by his own moggy when he is attempting to answer Hilary Benn’s question of whether the government’s Brexit deadline of December 31 was “realistic”.
Gove is leading trade talks between Brussels and the UK – but it seems his cat might have some opinions to bring to the table.
Before he can finish a sentence, the unseen cat gives an incredibly loud yowl which makes him falter and struggle to regain his composure.
