As one of the biggest sporting events in the world, the Aintree race is able to take place despite the country being in lockdown.
There won't be any spectators however, but this is a huge improvement after it was cancelled altogether last year amid the first national lockdown.
Instead, a computer-simulated race took its place, won by Potters Corner, which was still broadcast on TV. Saturday's Randox Grand National race will see 40 competitors take on the unique course across four and a half miles.
