Graeme Souness has praised the decision to overturn Manchester City's Champions League ban. And the Liverpool hero insists Financial Fair Play rules are purely in place to stop smaller clubs from breaking into the big boy's table.
Souness made an impassioned defence of big-spending City as he pointed to historic cases such as Blackburn under Jack Walker or Chelsea's rise under Roman Abramovich.
And the former Rangers boss doesn't think it's fair that UEFA get to decide what money is spent on clubs as he branded them a "cartel".
