GOOD Morning Britain viewers slammed Richard Madeley for his "awkward" interview with Rev Richard Coles. The Strictly star, 60, joined co-hosts Richard and Charlotte Hawkins on Monday to discuss the death of his partner David, who sadly died of alcoholism in 2019.
The famous reverend opened up about his grief ahead of his new Channel 4's documentary Good Grief? Charlotte introduced Rev Richard and said: "It's something that so many people go through and in so many different ways and a lot of times people find it hard to talk about. "Is it possible to have a good grief or is it something you have to get through and is it always going to be horrible, painful and traumatic?" He explained: "It's always going to be horrible, painful and traumatic, but there are better ways of doing it I think.
