Good Morning Britain was off air on Friday again due to a range of shake-ups to TV schedules across the BBC and ITV to make way for the Fifa Women’s World Cup 2023.

Instead of the usual instalment of the daily news show, coverage of the Philippines v Switzerland match was showing instead in the planned change to the running order.

The showing started at 5.50am and the game kicked off at 6am and was finished for 8.05am. However, as the Mirror reports, viewers then saw a repeat of The Chase before Lorraine at 9am.

Some were not happy that a shorter version of the news show was not slotted in instead of the repeat of the Bradley Walsh gameshow.

Pink Floyd‘s classic track ‘Another Brick in the Wall, Part 1’ by decoding the brain signals of a person listening to it.As The Independent reports, a team from the University Of California, Berkeley discovered how to reconstruct the 1979 song after placing electrodes on the brains of patients and playing the music as they underwent epilepsy surgery.Their brain activity was then analysed, which allowed the neuroscientists to reproduce the track’s rhythm and pick out recognisable lines such as “All in all it’s just another brick in the wall”.It marks the first-ever time that a recognisable song has been reconstructed from brain recordings.
