The presenter took to Instagram to share how his pet dog, Meg, had been killed in a road accident after she escaped from their home.
Sean said he was forced to find out the news before doing a live show that same evening. The GMB presenter, who shares two children with his wife Luned Tonderai, told his fans and follower how losing Meg has been one of the most challenging things he’s gone through as he thanked his colleagues at ITV for their support as he continued to work after finding out the heartbreaking news.
Alongside a video of the pair together and adorable pictures of his beloved Meg, Sean wrote on Instagram: "I am heartbroken.
