Friday night's episode prompted a total of 92 complaints - the majority of which were over the harrowing suicide scene, a spokesman told us.
Viewers voiced their disgust on Twitter, calling it "distressing and unnecessary". Others lamented the lack of a trigger warning ahead of the traumatic scene.
