Sports Direct to commit to changing their "sexist" football labelling, after saying that the equipment was for boys when it "should be unisex".Summer Hoofe is campaigning for the retailer and other sports stores to market such products as unisex after growing tired of labelling in Sports Direct and other stores.Summer, from Bolton, has launched her own campaign - starting with a TikTok video - to get retailers to reconsider and has already got mega retailer Sports Direct onside.“Sport Direct acknowledges the store signage in question and is committed to updating these across the estate," the company told Manchester Evening News when contacted after Summer launched her campaign.Explaining why she decided to make a video for social media, Summer said: "It’s annoying that whenever I get new boots they always say boys on them.
