Newly established platform Gamelancer has launched an app for gamers of varying skill levels to earn revenue as freelancers for hire.
The freelance gamers, known as "gamelancers," are hired to play popular games against other people on the service. Founded by Razvan Romanescu and Darren Lopes, the platform allows users to browse gamelancers — content creators and personalities among them — and book them for sessions, with the gamelancers setting their own prices and schedules.
