A funfair owner has been jailed after an exploding trampoline caused a three-year-old girl's death.Curt Johnson has been sentenced to six months in jail as he admitted breaching safety regulations after Ava-May Littleboy was thrown higher than a house when the inflatable exploded.
The horror incident came while the toddler was enjoying a day out with her family at Gorleston-on-Sea, in Norfolk, on July 1, 2018.
As reported by the Mirror, her aunt Abbie watched on as the tot flipped over five or six times before hitting the ground, which resulted in a fatal head injury.
The little girl's parents Chloe Littleboy and Nathan Rowe rushed to her side, but Ava-May could not be resuscitated and died in hospital.
