Frank Lampard has issued his thoughts on the progress of Hakim Ziyech at Chelsea. The Morocco international joined the Blues from Ajax in the summer as part of their huge spending spree, but had to wait to make his first-team bow due to a pre-season injury blow.The 27-year-old played for 18 minutes as Chelsea lost their lead at Stamford Bridge yesterday, but Lampard saw enough to suggest that the winger will play a key role further down the line.The former Derby boss said: “It’s hard, it’s hard because we are trying to find minutes for him.“He’s not ready to start a game yet, he’s pretty open about that in how he feels.“But with Premier League games it’s hard to make those sorts of judgments going into a game.“He came on for his 20 minutes.
