Chelsea have been knocked back in their bid to sign Kai Havertz as a result of Bayer Leverkusen. The Bundesliga outfit are not rolling over during some tough negotiations with Stamford Bridge chief Marina Granovskaia.Leverkusen are demanding £90m for Havertz, who ended the season with 18 goals and nine assists.Frank Lampard is desperate for the 21-year-old, who would earmark a summer of spending at Chelsea.
