Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

manchestereveningnews.co.ukwas run over before being repeatedly stabbed in Stockport. They have been held in connection with a "shocking" attack which happened in Edgeley last Tuesday, September 29 and which has left the victim with life changing injuries.
The 45-year-old was struck by dark grey VW Golf on Chatham Street just after 6pm Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said. He was then repeatedly stabbed in the face, arm and legs by two masked men armed with a knife.The men then made off in the VW before it was it abandoned on Avondale Road estate near to a bakery.
The car was discovered on fire later at around 8.45pm. The man was rushed to hospital and he was found to have suffered what police say are life-changing injuries.
