Four arrested after '100 plants believed to be cannabis' found in police raid

Bolton on Monday morning. Around '100 plants believed to be cannabis', along with 'cultivation equipment', were uncovered in the operation.Four people, aged between 33 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to produce cannabis.They are currently in custody for question, according to Greater Manchester Police.

A spokesperson for the force said: "At around 8am on Monday 15 March 2021, officers executed a warrant at a property on Wellington Road, Bolton. "Around 100 plants - which are believed to be cannabis - were seized as well as cultivation equipment. "Four people - aged between 33 and 43 - were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to produce cannabis.
