Peter Micelli, a former TV lit agent at CAA who most recently was chief strategy officer of television, film and digital at Entertainment One, is launching a new management-production company, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
Among those said to be joining him at the new firm are four CAA agents: Michael Cooper, Dave Bugliari, Mick Sullivan and Jack Whigham.
In addition, sources said WME's Rich Cook is joining the company. Sources also said that UTA'sSusie Fox and Chelsea McKinnies also among those jumping ship to join the new venture.
Billionaire and hedge-fund trader Steve Cohen —who is in the midst of trying to buy the New York Mets — is among the investors, sources said.
