Week 9 was a slow one for college football. The Florida-Georgia matchup was the most-watched game of the week, but that isn’t saying much considering the CBS broadcast only tallied about 5.95M viewers.
That’s the first time since Week 0, when there were only five games the entire weekend, that not a single game cracked an audience of 7M.
NBC’s broadcast of the Ohio State’s defeat of the Wisconsin Badgers came in second place with 4.87M viewers. Audiences appear to be losing a bit of interest in Colorado as their season takes a bit of a lousy turn, but the team’s game against UCLA still came in third place this week.
About 4.66M people tuned in to ABC to watch UCLA win at home. Oklahoma-Kansas and Indiana-Penn State rounded out the Top 5 with 3.6M and 3.4M viewers, respectively.
