A brand new set of apartments have come on the market in one of Greater Manchester's most sought-after areas, and they've been compared to 'luxury homes in the hills of Los Angeles.' The four stylish abodes form a new 'high-end' gated development in Hale - a popular village in Trafford that is considered a highly desirable area to live in.

Known for its leafy surroundings, good schools and various amenities, house prices in Hale had an overall average of £688,050 over the last year, according Rightmove.

The majority of properties sold last year were terraced homes, selling for an average price of £498,900, whilst detached properties sold for an average of £1,141,700.

Bobby Shahlavi, branch manager at Gascoigne Halman's Hale office, who is marketing the property told the M.E.N: "Situated in a prime residential location in Hale, the development offers a secluded, exclusive feel that resonates with prospective buyers. “Hale is experiencing strong demand for spacious, stylish apartments that cater to both young professionals and downsizers.
