The Premier League season may not finish this year due to coronavirus fears, with fixtures postponed until April 3 at the earliest.
But using maths to predict where each team will finish is definitely not the answer either - that’s if BT Sport’s ‘The Script’ is anything to go by.
BT got a number of stats boffins and experts in to try and work out exactly how each Premier League match would play out and where that would leave each club in the table.
Looking at the predictions now, you’d be forgiven for being a little dubious on how they put their forecasts together. First and foremost, Liverpool are almost at the points tally they were predicted to get, and there’s still nine games to go.
