FIFA president Gianni Infantino has pledged to donate $10m towards fighting the coronavirus crisis - and wants to set-up a global fund to help those in football facing ruin because of the problem.
Infantino has backed Uefa's decision to postpone Euro 2020 for 12 months and admits the sport is facing its greatest ever challenge.
But he is determined to find solutions to the problems the game now has both at international and domestic level. He has called an emergency conference call tomorrow to discuss the following proposals as a result of the postponement of Euro 2020.
Infantino said: "The world is facing an unprecedented health challenge and clearly a global and collective response is needed.
