Rio Ferdinand has said he understands why Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer opted to start Harry Maguire in Saturday’s defeat against Leicester City, contrasting what his former teammate Gary Neville said.
Maguire’s inclusion for United against the Foxes surprised many given the defender was returning from an injury picked up against Aston Villa at the end of last month.
