British comedy legend John Cleese has mocked royalty payments he has been receiving. The Fawlty Towers star, 80, fired some barbed remarks after getting a 17p royalty payment for narrating 2011's Winnie the Pooh by Disney.
Taking to Twitter, John divulged his thoughts on his cheeky side profits. He wrote: "In these difficult times, the arrival of residuals boosts my morale Today I received royalties from The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: $0.20." That wasn't all he mentioned, either!
John continued: "Even better, from Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle : $3.81 !!" Finally, he added: "Where shall I celebrate tonight?
