Additional money is to be made available to support working parents in North Lanarkshire.The Scottish Government has allocated £3.9 million to North Lanarkshire Council to support parental employment in 2023/2024.The support will primarily target six groups of people - lone parents, those with a disability or child with a disability, ethnic minorities, those with babies under one year of age, and parents under 25.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
